Cannot find the CSS file containing the ul tag

Hi all,

I'm new to CeC, css and html, and I'm trying to learn and understand everything. I am looking for the css file where the ul and il tags are found.

I would like to create a navbar, but I am unable to do that properly because the ul and li tags don't use my css file. They use css from another file which I cannot find. So I hope one of you knows where this file is stored or can tell me if I'm doing something wrong here.
