Provide a single console for authorizing access to data - across data stores

Use Case and Business Need

It would be ideal to authorize access to data from a single console.  This data may reside in different tiers; Oracle Database, HDFS, Hive, Object Store, etc.  Instead of going to each data tier to authorize access – the definition of policies should be done from one place – and the actual application of the policy should be applied by that data management system.  This would greatly simplify data governance, reduce errors and keep all data safe.
