How to Change an Employee's Business Title

Hi Guys,

There seems to be a new feature where the business title is showing in the directory, how can we either:

- ensure the position title is showing or;

- edit the business title?

The screenshot is seen in the directory and in this example, 'Administrator' used to be the previous job code which has now been changed to 'Learning & Development Officer'. But the previous title still remains, how do we get this to reflect with the job title or the position title?
