Retrieve All The Tasks For All Users using PCS - Task REST API

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to show the task history for given process instance in VBCS application. We are building the screen in VBCS and calling PCS Task Rest API to get the history of tasks.

The PCS Task REST API retrieves a task list for the current user only. But the Admin user would like to see the task list of all the users.

I have searched over Metalink (Support Portal) and came across the below note. But the solution mentioned in oracle note is not feasible for our scenario.

 

Is there any other way to achieve this? Appreciate your response.!
