I have the FCCS_Balance account turned "on", but getting values in the Total Balance Sheet-Traditional Approach member

Hello,

In my FCCS application I have the balancing account turned on -> Consolidation -> Balance the Balance Sheet and there is no scenario select so it is activated.  However, the Total Balance Sheet-Traditional Approach account has data.

My questions are

1. I thought that if the Balancing account is active, I would see the amount in that account and not Total Balance Sheet-Traditional Approach.  Is this correct?

2. What are some of the reasons that might cause an amount in the
