Automatically adding an extra week vacation above current maximum

Summary

Automatically adding an exra week vacation above current maximum

Content

I have five people each year and now some executives are being hired that require an extra weeks' vacation above our maximum allotted number of days.  Our max is currently 20 days for 10+ years of service, this group of people goes beyond the 20 day max.  Not everyone is eligible for the extra week based on their years of service, so I can't just add another band to the lookup table.   Currently the addition of the extra week of vacation is a manual adjustment to their balance.

I don't want us to have to remember each year to give these people an extra weeks' vacation, I would like something to just automatically take care of that.  I was thinking of creating a new plan although I'm not quite sure what the eligibility criteria would be for it to automatically enroll these people.  I would hate to have to hard code employee IDs or something.

Howdy, Stranger!
