# of Positions cannot be edited once requisition created

In taleo there is the option to change the number of positions / openings, which we use often for high volume roles, albeit it does send the vacancy for approval again which is correct in terms of approving the headcount.

In ORC the field is un-editable when clicking on edit in the section, this means we would need to keep raising more vacancies which are exactly the same, causing confusion for both hiring managers and candidates.

Please advise if this is expected functionality, do we need to raise an enhancement request or is there a setting where we can mirror this functionality?
