Let us say we are setting up a monthly close template and there is a task "Fill out Income Statement form". This is done by users from each entity. But I notice if we setup a task and assign to one person, it doesn't help.

If we setup a task and assign to a "team", it seems to still treat it as one task in status reports.

What is the best way to setup one task that has to be done by multiple users, each with own status, delay, monitoring etc? Only way is to setup one task each such as "Fill IS Form - China", Fill IS Form - India etc? I know there is task import but this question is about whether we need that many tasks.
