How to return error message thrown by oracle to REST response

Hello,

I have orchestration built for REST API, which Invoke process item API to update item in Product Hub (PDH), when fault occurs I want to capture the error message thrown by Oracle API and return it to the service.

I could see the error messages in activity stream, but should able to return to the service. Please let me know
