All users are unable to open Accounts since upgrade occurred

When a user tries to access an account via any page user will recieve an error: ADF_FACES-60097

Content

as part of an SR the below has been checked to help diagnose however what is causing/is the issue is yet to be found

  •     tried updating metadata, all of which was able to be done apart from the upgrades that related to the account object. These upgrades could not be made pre upgrade as there was a know bug in our environment that would not allow any users to view metadata upgrades. when attempting to upgrade the metadata for account related objects same error is produced
