To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

OpenSesame course completion issues-- more data is better!
Summary
OpenSesame course completion issuesContent
A follow up to my post on delayed reaction on course completions.
If this is you...
Users are telling you they completed the course, but it's not showing complete in the LMS.
It's an OpenSesame SCORM 1.2 course, launched from a widget, the user gets to the Hooray you've passed the course screen with a passing score (quiz required), and the LMS does not register they completed the course.
You can view their history from OpenSesame and see the completion there.
You can look in the LMS either in the binoculars for that user, or BI reporting, or if you go in as if to change their completion status, and you can see a passing score, but still an incomplete status. This is an important detail.
