Lockbox Batch Name validation

Does batch name have to be unique across all transmissions for the lockbox?

We're implementing new lockbox functionality in R13 and are experiencing some unexpected validation behavior.  Before logging an SR I thought I would reach out to see if anyone else has experienced this issue.

 

We have 5 lockboxes and are receiving a single file each day with activity for all of the 5 boxes.  There may be multiple batches for each lockbox in the file.  The batch name being provided is unique across all batches IN THE FILE, but isn't necessarily unique across ALL FILES for the lockbox.
