We need to utilize the add, extend and end Temporary Assignment. I need more information on how to extend a temporary assignment that has been ended (and substantive suspended assignment is now active again). It seems that 2 assignments for an employee exists during the temporary assignment, namely:

1) Substantive Assignment being Suspended

2) Temporary Assignment

Once the Temporary Assignment is ended (End Temporary Assignment), the substantive assignment revert back to Active Assignment. However, I need to understand how to extend the temporary assignment and keep the substantive assignment Suspended for longer.

Can't find much documentation on this.
