Hello Everyone,
We have discovered a limitation in how we add sources to Taleo and are looking for some insight on what your company does or best practice.
We currently create unique source tags in Taleo every time we want to specifically track a sponsored Facebook campaign. In order to see what our ROI is for the specific sponsored Facebook post. The source tag is added to the URL that is posted and auto populates the source for us when a candidate applies. We are finding when we pull the sources from Taleo into a separate reporting system (not OBI) it is only able to gather the parents source Social Network Service (where we create the unique source tag) or the unique source tag itself.
