Summary

This post illustrates how to use descriptive flexfields in supplier qualifications.

Content

Descriptive flexfield attributes allow qualification managers to capture additional information during the supplier qualification process. They are supported on initiatives, qualifications and assessments.

The following image shows the supplier qualification entities where descriptive flexfields are available for setup and the name of the flexfield to configure.

If you select to add a descriptive flexfield on qualifications, you can select the Qualifications row and click on Edit to navigate to edit the descriptive flexfield for qualifications. The global segment captures an attribute for every instance of the business object and the context segment depends on a condition of situation applying to a particular instance of the business object.

Howdy, Stranger!
