Hi,

We would like to open up access to some content types like Languages, Degrees etc to be visible across the board i.e one employee can search any other employee in the organization and see these ' Public' talent profile content types.

Is there an easy way to do this just using the Employee role?

I can think of setting up a custom role with View Skills and Qualifications duty and give this a view all security profile and control content types to be made visible by ' Manage profile content access' but are there any other ways to achieve this?
