Hi,

I am trying to create connection to my exposed Siebel service using REST API. If I use SOAP UI I can use this service without any error and I get correct output so I am sure the REST API of Siebel is working fine. In demo instance of ICS I am creating REST connection using base REST URL. However I noticed that even though the test comes as successful it is not making any connection to my server. I tried with incorrect user name and incorrect IP still the connection test is coming as successful. Does demo instance actually tries
