Load two ledgers to one FCCS entity using two DM locations

We have two ledgers with different import format and mappings that we wish to load to a single FCCS entity.  On-prem we would use a separate data source code to allow the data to accumulate in the entity but we don't seem to have that option in data management.  Has anyone tackled this challenge and won?
