Hi,

We intend to use PPM Budgets and Forecasts functionality. I see that the planning resource is now mandatory. This is really throwing our numbers off due to unplanned actuals. Is there a way we can ignore resource while planning. In EBS, I could mark the Planning resource list as None. How do I achieve this in Cloud?
