REST API - Uploading a request item File

REST API doesn't upload a request item file into a request

Hi All,

Has anyone successfully used the REST API to upload into a request item file into a request in EDMCS ? I have tried using the REST client(ARC) to do this but it has been unsuccessful so far. The method given below only gives an example using cURL which has been successful in accomplishing this task but not through REST API.

Please let me know if this could be done using REST API. Any other feedback on this is also appreciated.
