How to get Custom CSV output with E-Text Template Type

Hi,

we require CSV report output in e-text template format. when we choose csv output format its creating inbuilt report with csv having all columns instead of following e-text format. we tried manually downloading text format then changing extension to csv but user wants automated. so we tried using File Method But getting error that output Failed.

Bursting query we used is :

SELECT  1 KEY,
       'FND LOOKUPS VALUES' TEMPLATE,
       'en-US' LOCALE,
       'ETEXT'  OUTPUT_FORMAT,
       'FILE' DEL_CHANNEL,
       'Desktop' PARAMETER1,
       'testUpload.csv' PARAMETER2

 FROM DUAL      

 Please let us know if anything needs to change in bursting query to make it work Or Is there other possible  ways to make automated other then two ways mentioned .
