Hi,
We have set the profiles 'BIP_ONLINE_NOTIFICATION_HCM_COMPENSATION' and 'BIP_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION_HCM_COMPENSATION' to 'Y' at Site Level. When a Manager submits a Manage Compensation transaction the Managers Manager receives an Approval Notification; however, the Element Input Value displayed on the notification is incorrect because our inputs are not always monetary values and do not use the Pay Value (since they are passed to EBS Payroll in order to calculate Payment). The Classic Notification handles this functionality albeit it is not very professional looking.
I have raised an SR and have been told this is expected behaviour; therefore, why have Oracle developed a new notification which is unusable for most Elements which Managers will submit? Will these Notification be the default as of 20A?
