Can we import an old config package through FSM?

Say if I do a migration and say Day1 to SIT environment.
On Day 2 I do another migration to SIT
On Day 3 I do another migration to SIT
On Day 4 I identify there are issues because of Day 2 migration.

Can I use import the Day1 export (done from DEv) to SIT environment?
Incase of FSM, will there be any issues due to this?

Note: All these are happening b/w same application version (as I understand that's the basic need)
