We have an existing Cloud tenancy what we should suspend for a while. We have a "pre-paid subscription" what is running out from credits and from the 12 months period. The customer is going to extend the subscription, but at a later time (few months later). We would like to keep the most important network and compartment settings in this tenancy for future use. We deleted all the storage services, and terminated the compute instances what could generate cost. We see 0 (zero) for Total Usage Charges under the Cost Analysis menu.

How can we determine 100% that the given tenant will not charge any additional cost to the customer?
