I am looking for a solution or recommendation for the following issue: 

  • We require the ability to have offer letter templates that can have different attachments automatically added based on the role. 
  • We are using a different set of Offer Templates for each Line of Business to preserve the LOB logo, which means that we have 100+ offer templates. 
  • We have gone down the path of hosting the files on an externally accessible platform and then link to that document in a paragraph that can be included on the template as needed, but we are being asked to determine alternative method(s).
