Data Input at Parent Entity

There is requirement where we have to enter data at parent level Entity.

Hello All, 

There is requirement in FCC where we have to enter data through custom rule at parent level Entity. For this i enable "Allow data Input" for the upper level Entity. I was able to write the data at parent entity for FCCS_Entity Input consolidation member . But the problem arises when i run the force consolidation .

After running the force consolidation, the data at FCC_Entity Input gets wiped out. 

Any Suggestion on how to achieve this goal ?
