Hourly salary not calculation correctly

Hi,

For compensation we have annual and hourly salary employees. I read couple of document and it was suggested to create two plans for each .To achieve this I created two plans for each and for hourly 2080 as annualization factor. Although, the calculation still not working correctly.

For example :

Employee has Current Base Salary as 15.00, upon increment which is based on Years of exp and performance rating the value displays under Compensation Amount - Component 1 as 0.45.

The Base Salary- New (Worker's current base salary plus the base salary change amount.) shows as 15.51 which is not correct. I then added field called Base Salary Change Amount to see the change amount which it is taking under consideration. The field displays 0.51.
