Unable to create Data Source to EPBCS

I tried to connect to the EPBCS data source but have been unable to since Monday, 9 September 2019. It was previously working fine. Currently, when I click "test connection", I keep getting "error getting application information" under application name, and "cube name entered not found".

 

I use the same credentials to login to EPBCS and have admin roles for both Narrative Reporting & EPBCS.
