Has anyone implemented either 'Single Assignment with Contract' or 'Multiple Contracts with Single Assignment' Employment Model for an enterprise / legal employers in US? If so what industry / line of business ?
There is no out-of-the-box value for US legislation in CONTRACT_TYPE lookup and the Contract Legislative DFF. Is it an indication that Contracts section is somehow targeted for US legislation.
Since the Contract section is mainly information only, wondering if its worth to configure a different employment model to store contract information if the existing implementation was done using a Employment Model without Contracts. (Single Assignment)
As for Union contract information, are the Union Fields on Assignment and Collective Agreement setup sufficient enough and best places to capture and manage the necessary data?
