Mounting Windows file system in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

We have a on-premise windows file system and would like to connect to this file system from OIC(File/FTP Adapter). But this Windows file system does not have FTP capabilities on its own as it is just a file system.

Presently on our on-premise infrastructure we have mounted this file system on our unix server so we can run our file transfer commands on unix server to access the files from Windows file system. While moving to Oracle cloud, we intend to access this windows file system from OIC and hoping that that with-in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure we may have some feature to mount an external file system so we get a connection host so to access as FTP.
