Account Alias Issue withing multiple Orgs

Is there are a way to do Account Alias issue from the Storeroom in Org 1 to a department in Org 2

Currently the list of Account Source while doing an Account Alias Issue is restricted to the accounts defined under the Org you are in. Is there a way to do Account Alias issue from the Storeroom in Org 1 to a department in Org 2

Situations when an item is not available in the Storeroom location under the same org your department is in , in our case the order goes to the storeroom in a different org. For whatever reason is if we have to do a account alias issue the account source is not available as its a different org.
