I have created two ATP Databases, one using the "Always free" config, the other was created without the "Always free" option.

Oracle APEX and SQLDeveloper Web fails to connect to the database using the always free. Both applications works fine on the not always free

Error when launching APEX:

503 Service Unavailable

  • The connection pool named: |ocid1.tenancy.oc1..aaaaaaaa7jwp24izsxbt2chqfaw4kspszvvehk4jbxollyozitgvbmax5ssa-dbcloud1|re| is not correctly configured, due to the following error(s): No more data to read from socket
