Switching off all emails in test environment after P2T refresh

Is there one place to switch off all the emails in an environment?

Hello,

After every refresh, for switching off emails, we need to do it several places. Like - 

1: Turn off notification on user category level

2. Update the workflow email set up to send the notifications to an override email.

3. Switch off supplier emails through a profile option

4. Switch off emails on BI catalog level.

This is prone to human error. Is there a way to switch OFF emails in one step?
