Unable to run report in Oracle BI

Hi,

We suddenly have issue with all our reports in Oracle BI Production. We are not able to run our reports at all. Does this happen on anyone before?

1. LOV Parameter Field is not showing

2. Date Picker is not showing

3. When we click apply, it is not working too

4. Both custom and delivered reports is not working and we don't see any error code

 

What we already did from our SR:

1. Bounced our BI Server

2. Purge Cache
