Problems with logging into Oracle Cloud

When I'm logging from stationary computer I got info that my account is not set up. But when I log from laptop everything works fine.



When I log into Cloud console from my laptop everything is working well. I managed to create database successfully, I'm using APEX, created compute instance... no problem at all.

But, when I log from my stationary computer I have nothing provided in console. No databases, no computing instances, no users... half an options from menu is missing... On many places I got message that I don't have access to resources (for example in User settings). Or, I can not select any compartment because select list is empty (for example in Compute instances).
