SummaryField Service Trigger Information: Activity Delayed and Activity Prior Updates
I am working on use-case based on triggers that cover the following Scenario:
1. Prior updates on the activities that are about to be delayed.
Example: If the resource is currently performing a task at 8 AM and the job gets extended. Based on that the task at 4 PM will get delayed (Activity might get delayed error message being displayed in time view). The updates should be sent to the dispatcher informing the Activity at 4 PM will get delayed.
