I have created a SOAP webservice in SOA and deployed it in weblogic server. Now, when I try to use the webservice in Oracle PCS, I am getting the following error

com.oracle.bpel.client.BPELFault: faultName: {{http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}remoteFault}

messageType: {{http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}RuntimeFaultMessage}

parts: {{

summary=
oracle.fabric.common.FabricInvocationException: Unable to invoke endpoint URI "http://172.16.14.27:7101/soa-infra/services/default/SimpleConcat/bpelprocess1_client_ep" successfully due to: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Bad response: 403 URLBlocked from url http://172.16.14.27:7101/soa-infra/services/default/SimpleConcat/bpelprocess1_client_ep
