Simple OTBI Analysis - I'd like blank cells to turn red. This isn't working and a couple of cells with data are red.

Hi All, 

I have a basic issue that I can't seem to find a solution for. I'm hoping you can help. 

I have a simple analysis in OTBI that I would like to use conditional formatting to color the cells in blank that missing data in red. However, this isn't working, with none of the blank cells turning red and only 5 cells in red but with data in them. 

I'm currently creating a "Data Integrity Report" which contains audits on the following fields with missing data, which I would like all cells without this data to be in red:
