I am assisting the development of a Rest API between Oracle Cloud and a third-party mobile app. As part of the integration, there is a need to get the full list of users (employees, vendors, etc.) from the cloud into the third-party mobile app, and to provide real-time updates on the full list of users, such as the creation and deletion of users, or updates to existing users.

In order to accomplish this, the developer needs to know the API endpoint for that user data. I am wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of the correct API endpoint?
