How to save PCS activities/tasks, outcome directly into another cloud application such as OSC

Can PCS create and save activities/tasks and outcome directly into OSC via integration?

We are looking into using PCS for various approval processes to integrate with VBCS.  The user would be approving/rejecting the tasks/activities in VBCS,  we would also need PCS to save the tasks/activities, outcome directly into VBCS/OSC, so managers can manages these outside of PCS.  How do you set up that integration? how does it work?
