Is a Customer Level Causal Supported?


Hello Comunity,

We want to achieve a Customer Level Causal Factor, I'll explain in the next lines what my Customer wants to do

I raised SR 3-21205713311 to ask if this functionality was supported but apparently no, have any of you faced this requirement with another customer and have a Workaround that I could follow to achieve the expected funcionality?

Imagine an Item that is buyed by two of your customers...., one customer is a "Casual Restaurant" and the other a Pizza Restaurant

Example Ham,

For the pizza restaurant, the Ham Demand is "constant", so it is the forecast (between 20 and 23 each week)
