Reporting State, County and City tax card information

Need field associated with the specific geography the tax card is associated

I need help finding the table and field associated with the specific geography that a tax card for a person is for.  EX:  Valencia, NY or Iowa

I am able to find the field within the Subject Area of Payroll - Calculation Cards Real Time.  It is the Component Reference from the Calculation Components folder.  However, I am writing a data model and need to have the actual table and field that this.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!
