Display Custom Page Header Text Conditionally in Responsive UI

We changed the label on the Transfer quick action to “Update Assignment”. When the manager selects the quick action, the landing page has the desired “Update Assignment” label.

However, after selecting an employee for the transaction, the panel header text is the delivered “Transfer”; in the source code, the delivered expression on the field is #{component.titleBasedOnTemplate}. We need to display “Update Assignment” only for the Transfer page. Is there an EL expression that would allow us to display this text conditionally?

Screenshots attached. Any help is much appreciated!!

Thanks,
Linda
