Hi Experts

I've looked through the other posts here to avoid repeating the question but didn't find a resolution that could help me understand so here goes.

Usecase:

We need to get the output of a BIP report and then write it to a FTP location (In the future I'm also gonna try to take the output and load the data into DAAS but thats for later.)

The part of the usecase I have issue with  and can't seem to make work is this.

The webservice https://****.oraclecloud.com:443/xmlpserver/services/ExternalReportWSSService?wsdl
