Change Requester name in one of the processed Requisition

Summary

We do get the option to update preparer and requester in mass requisitions but can not change the requester in any individual purchase requisition

We have a requirement to change the name of the requester in few requisitions only which have already been approved and PO has been created.

With the current available functionality, we do get the option to update the requester in mass but not in the selected ones without creating change order. So is there any way to achieve this without creating the change order?
