Using function Today() with Measures Edit Lock

I have some problems using this function, because I realize that it exist a difference of 6 hours in the Server Time Zone vs Regional Time Zone

Does it exist a way to synchronize this delay? or Is there another formula to do this?

We have configurated the edit lock function using a pair of measures with Beginning Date and Finish Date and Today() formula in order to use them as a calendar for stablish when the users can collaborate the measures and when they don't do that.

The problem is at 18:00 hours of January 8th (per example)., the Today() formula give the date of January 9th, due the difference of time zone between the server and the regional time zone.
