How to connect to ATP from Shell program inside GIT Build using Sqlci or Sqplus commands

From Local client i am able to connect ATP as below :

SET TNS_ADMIN=C:/Ranveer_Workspace/Mount_Senai_Project/SOACS/Wallet_MSDEV
 
SQLPLUS /nolog
 
CONNECT MSHS_SOAINT_USER/Oracle1234567@msdev_high

But the same does not works when used inside DevCS Host build Jobs,please help
