Why some images do not work for compute instance types

ocid1.image.oc1.phx.aaaaaaaajycoi24gyc4tajpwwxjo63yu76cnhtg5a5cfope4tpalnjnhbjqq works for vm.standard1.2 but not for VM.Standard2.24. I found multiple cases like this where an image works for some instance types but not others.

I am using https://docs.us-phoenix-1.oraclecloud.com/Content/Resources/Assets/OracleProvidedImageOCIDs.pdf  to get the images. Where can I get info that which images work for which instance types? Thanks a lot!
