Control Access to Connection Creation using a role

In Oracle Integration cloud, the connection is a reusable object to conect to a application/System.

Many integrations can reuse the same connection and provide additional information about their webservices in during interface development using the common connection.

However, all teh developers can create the connection as connection creation is not controlled using any special role. To ensure the governance, connection creation should be controlled using a special role so only selected folks in Team can create the connections.

this will help as developers will have to go to that selected person to get a new connection created and (s)he can verify that no connection already exists for same purpose and then only create a new connection.
