am uploading billing events for project contracts using FBDI and i used the same steps shown in the first page of the excel sheet ,

     a. Navigate to the Scheduled Processes page.
     b. Select the Load Interface File for Import process.   
     c. Select Import Project Billing Events as the import process.  Select the data file to upload. You can upload either the CSV file or the zip file. Click Submit.
     d. Verify that the process completes successfully.

and the process showed a successfully completed message ,

then ..

1. Navigate to the Schedule Processes page.
